Who we are

Munasaba Jadeada (مناسبة جديدة) is a digital invitation service run by Jadead, at jadead.com. You can reach us on WhatsApp at +964 770 786 8927 or on Instagram at @jadead_com.

If you create invitations (a host)

When you sign in with Google we receive your name and email address. You may add a phone number on your account page.

We keep what you write into an invitation: names, dates, times, places and map pins, notes, the music you choose, and the design. Guests with the link see the parts meant for them; a few answers are visible to you only.

When you pay by card, the card details are entered on the Wayl payment page and never reach us. Wayl confirms your phone number with a WhatsApp code and sends that number to us with the payment result; we keep it as a confirmed way to reach you, together with the amount, the plan and the payment status.

If you open or reply to an invitation (a guest)

You do not need an account. When you reply we store your answer (attending or not), how many people are coming, and any note you choose to write. Your browser keeps a random identifier so you can change your reply later; it does not identify you to us.

We count how many times an invitation is opened, and which page sent the visitor, so the host can see it. Only the host sees the replies.

Who else handles the data

Supabase stores the database and runs sign-in, on servers in Frankfurt, Germany. Cloudflare serves the website and stores design files. Google provides sign-in and the map search. Wayl processes card payments. YouTube plays the music on an invitation whose host chose a YouTube song. Meta measures visits to our own pages (never to an invitation) to help us advertise.

We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it with anyone else except where the law requires it.

Who can see an invitation

An invitation is a private link: anyone who has the link can open it, and it is hidden from search engines. Share it with the people you want to invite.

How long we keep it

Your account and invitations stay until you ask us to delete them. Deleting an invitation deletes its replies and view counts with it. Payment records are kept as long as the law requires for accounting.

Your choices

You can see and edit your details and invitations from your account at any time. To get a copy of your data or to have your account deleted, message us on WhatsApp and we will do it within 30 days.

The service is meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. A significant change will be announced on the site.
